Melissa Sieradzki-Jones MScPT, BScKin Hons
Melissa completed a Master of Science Degree in Physical Therapy from Queen's University and an Honours Bachelor of Science Degree in Kinesiology from McMaster University, graduating with distinction. At McMaster, Melissa was a varsity athlete on the figure skating team and an OUA All Star. Heavily involved in sports all her life, she understands the desire for optimal recovery. Melissa has completed her Diploma of Advanced Orthopaedic and Manipulative Physiotherapy: Level 1. She also has training in functional integrative acupuncture/dry needling for acute and chronic pain management and Mulligan Concept manual therapy with the purpose of restoring movement and decreasing pain. Melissa has experience treating sports injuries, motor vehicle accident injuries, post operative and degenerative conditions. In practice, Melissa combines joint mobilization, soft tissue release, therapeutic taping, acupuncture, and individualized rehabilitative exercise programs. She is dedicated to working with her patients to reach their goals, optimize functional recovery and prevent future injuries.
