PHYSIOTHERAPY

Varleen Kaur BPT, MPT, Registered Physiotherapist

I am passionate about providing compassionate, evidence-based physiotherapy to help individuals move with confidence and improve their quality of life. I believe in creating personalized treatment plans that address each person’s unique goals and lifestyle.

My primary focus is Pelvic Health Physiotherapy, supporting individuals through pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and pelvic floor conditions such as urinary and bowel incontinence, pelvic pain, pelvic organ prolapse, diastasis recti, C-section recovery, and painful intercourse.

In my practice, I often see that musculoskeletal pain and pelvic floor dysfunction are closely connected. Many patients are surprised to learn that symptoms such as low back, hip, or pelvic pain may be influenced by their pelvic floor. I take the time to thoroughly assess, educate, and help patients understand the root cause of their symptoms so they can make informed decisions about their care.

I strive to create a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment where patients feel heard and respected. I believe in educating my patients about their condition and working together to develop realistic, patient-centred treatment plans that align with their goals and lifestyle.

In addition to pelvic health, I have specialized training in Vestibular Rehabilitation and TMJ dysfunction, treating dizziness, vertigo, balance disorders, concussion-related symptoms, headaches, and jaw pain. I also treat a wide range of musculoskeletal and sports injuries.

I completed my Master’s degree in Neurological Sciences and have experience treating individuals with stroke, Parkinson’s disease, spinal cord injuries, balance disorders, older adults, and infants.

My goal is to empower every patient with the knowledge, confidence, and tools they need to return to the activities that matter most to them.
